Terms & Conditions:
1. Offer Period: This Winter Referral Promotion ("Promotion") is valid from 1/8/25 to 30/10/25 ("Promotion Period"). Driver-Plus reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time.
2. Eligible Referrers: Open to existing Driver-Plus customers ("Referrer") in good standing.
3. Eligible Referees: Friends ("Referee") must:
- Be new, first-time Driver-Plus customers.
- Provide valid payment details and pass all account verification checks.
4. Discount Tiers:
- $50 Credit (each): Issued when the Referee rents a scooter/e-bike for a minimum commitment of 2 months.
- $100 Credit (each): Issued when the Referee rents for a minimum commitment of 3 months.
5. Discount Application:
- Credits will be split into equal weekly deductions from the Referrer’s and Referee’s monthly rental fee over the Referee’s minimum commitment period.
6. Early Termination:
- If the Referee cancels or terminates their rental before completing their minimum commitment (2 or 3 months):
- All remaining credits for both parties will be voided immediately.
- Any applied discounts may be charged back to the Referee’s account.
7. Non-Transferability: Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Unused credits expire upon account termination.
8 Compliance: Both Referrer and Referee must comply with Driver-Plus’s Rental Agreement and Community Guidelines. Fraudulent referrals (e.g., fake accounts) will result in forfeiture of all credits.
9. Taxes: Participants are responsible for any tax implications related to credits received.
10. General: Driver-Plus reserves the right to disqualify participants abusing this offer. Void where prohibited. Credits cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.
